Description

BCAA SHOCK from Body Attack is a great amino acid supplement with a cortisol blocker (cortisol = stress hormone) and the amino acid L-alanine, which is active during and after an intensive Load that can significantly protect muscles from breakdown.

The BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are the branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine. These amino acids cannot be produced by the body itself and must therefore be consumed regularly.

During short, intense physical exertion the amino acid L-leucine, which is found in large quantities in the muscles, is primarily broken down. L-leucine is then oxidized to the breakdown product L-alanine and reaches the liver via the bloodstream. There it is converted into sugar (glucose) and is then available as an energy source in the blood and for the exercising muscles.

For this reason, Body Attack has added the amino acid L-alanine to the BCAAs in order to minimize the loss of the amino acid leucine. Leucine is the strongest amino acid among BCAAs because it can stimulate insulin production in the body. An increase in insulin levels suppresses the catabolic hormone cortisol, which is responsible for the loss of strength and muscle mass.

Body Attack BCAA SHOCK and L-Alanine enhance the ability of L-leucine and can improve hormonal balance during intensive exercise. This means that testosterone levels are boosted during physical exertion, which means the body has to use fewer BCAAs for energy. This accelerates protein synthesis after training and helps the athlete achieve stronger muscle growth.

Thanks to L-Alanine and the BCAA sparing effect, the muscles can make greater progress in strength and endurance training by reducing the production of fatigue substances such as ammonia, trypotphan and the brain chemical serotonin during exercise load can be suppressed. In particular, the amino acids valine and isoleucine in Body Attack BCAA SHOCK can drastically block the production of serotonin in the brain and give the athlete the mental and muscular strength to easily cope with strenuous muscle training.

The energy boost is particularly triggered by the added insulin and metabolism optimizers in the Body Attack BCAA SHOCK. We are talking about D-Pinitol, Beta Ecdysterone and Oxygen Acid Buffer, which maximize the transport and absorption of BCAAs:

Pinitol has the ability to regulate blood sugar levels by introducing nutrients into muscle cells without insulin. This is initiated by signal transmission at the receptors of the muscle cells, which allows more amino acids to flow into the muscle metabolism. The transport process is additionally strengthened by the amino acid leucine and this maintains the valuable BCAA stores that provide the muscles with strength and mass.

Beta Ecdysterone, like Tribulus Terrestris, is one of the plant steroids that drive protein synthesis in muscle cells. The plant substance obtained from spinach extract can double the turnover rate in protein metabolism, increasing muscle protection to 20 percent compared to conventional BCAA supplements.

The Oxygen Acid Buffer is a seaweed extract that can accelerate the absorption of oxygen into the body and muscle tissue. The more oxygen molecules are available to the body, the more effectively and quickly the muscles can produce energy (creatine, ATP). The oxygen acid buffer, or oxygen acid buffer, also promotes the transport of oxygen through the fat layer of the cell membrane, which increases all energy and building processes in the muscle cells.

The B vitamins support the storage of BCAAs in muscle tissue and are involved in energy production in the body. A total of 7245 mg of BCAAs per serving – in the most effective ratio 2:1:1 (leucine: isoleucine: valine) plus an additional 450 mg of L-alanine!

BCAA Shock highlights at a glance:

  • Increased protein synthesis and improved muscle function
  • Fast regeneration of muscle cells after exercise
  • Energy provision through the formation of energy-rich amino sugars
  • delayed fatigue due to the breakdown of excess acids (e.g. ammonia)
  • Support the glutaminesynthesis and strengthen the immune system
  • Suppression of muscle-degrading hormones (adrenaline, cortisol)
  • Promoting the testosterone-cortisol ratio during exercise
  • Immediately available and better absorption and utilization through B vitamins
