Cardiovascular training

For cardiovascular training endurance sports are particularly suitable.

Here, you can very well individually adjust the intensity of training and keep your heart rate in a permanently low pulse area.

The exercise science assumes that this value should be between 60 and 80 percent of the maximum heart rate. Thus, a 40-year-old person should strive for example, for a pulse rate of 108-144 beats per minute, in the 50 + age group, these values are slightly lower.

Particularly suitable for a cardiovascular training include the following sports:

Jogging, cycling, swimming, aerobics, etc.
